What do you get::
Working with She.Races to help make all our events more inclusive and remove barriers to participation, some things we are doing so far::
Making sure where possible we have separate ladies and gents toilets and changing facilities.
Anonymised results and start lists, this also means we can create anonymous names for the live tracking

- Support vehicles out in the area to collect the... Let's be clear, we wont be collecting you, there will be NO support vehicle coming to rescue you!!

The following will get you disqualified;
- Using of a gps device. Recording your progress is acceptable, but the device you use will have to be sealed in the emergency bag. (We will supply this and seal it for you!)
- Using a map other than any that we choose to give you, See example below!
- Using anything except your own two legs to get you to the finish!
- Breaking the seal on the emergency kit bag
- Run over the Cut-off time of 5 hours for both the 10 & 15-Mile that's 15:00 - 3 o'clock no later!
Registration time?
This is 09:15 to 10:00 no later, after 09:55 you will not be able to participate no excuses on this as the bus leaves at 10:00 and you have to be on, sat down, briefed and blindfolded!
Start Times?
These will depend on the exact location of the drop, expect this to be anything between 10:30 and 11:00
Cut off times?
5 hours for both the 10 & 15-Mile that's 15:00 - 3 o'clock no later, if you can't make the generous cut off time, DO NOT enter this event, you will be putting your self and our team at risk.
(15 miles as the crow flies could end up been 20 or more depending how lost you get)

Memento for all finishes
What support is available along the route?
There is NO support available after the start, NO first aid, NO physio, NO toilets NO water etc, if you don't like this don't enter.
There will be NO sweeper vehicle, you have to make your own way back before the cut-off.
What is the terrain?
How the heck do we know, the route is entirely your choice, hills, moors, canals, tracks and road... You decide
What kit do I need to bring on the day?
There are several things that you will need on the day to help you to perform your best, the following list is just a suggestion of what we have found useful - talk to other athletes, join a local club who will be able to give you some great advice and develop a list to best suit you.
* Warm/suitable clothes for prior to and after the event, these can be left at the HQ and will be at there on your return.
* Race numbers - pinned/attached to your race t-shirt/top or race belt, and any medical conditions clearly written on the back of your number.
You will need to show your race numbers for the duration of the event and at prize giving.

Mandatory kit - Mandatory Kit List regardless of the weather, this is for all competitors, this is the minimum we will expect you to have.
Foil blankets can be purchased on the day £2.50 each
Be sensible, we will slacken off on some items if the weather is in our favour and this is our decision not yours, so make sure you have it all.
How can I check race results?
If, you finish, race results will be published within two hours of race ending, on our website under the 'Results'. On the day results will be available from the race results centre - Somewhere in the event centre. It is your responsibility to visit the website if you want them in a hurry!
Can under 18-year olds enter your events?
We are sorry but due to Child Protection and Insurance restrictions, we do not currently allow any under 18-year olds to enter our events. But keep in touch or drop us an email as this might be changing.
Do I need to bring any forms with me?
Yes, you can download and complete the form now, it's on one of the menu links above, we have blank copies available at registration.
Are there any water / feed station?
NO
