Starting on the 1st November, we invite you to embark on a transformative journey that emphasises core stability and strength — two often overlooked yet essential components for running efficiently and preventing injuries.
The 2024 Plank Challenge just like the past few years aims to improve your running form over the next 30 days. Each day, dedicate just a few moments to this simple yet effective workout.
On Day One, you’ll start with a manageable routine:
- Plank for 30 seconds
- Rest
- Plank for 20 seconds
- Rest
- Plank for 15 seconds
The challenge gradually builds in intensity and includes rest days to keep you motivated!.
To track your progress, download the ‘Plankpad App’, which allows you to check off your daily targets, and then share your achievements with the Drop community over on the social chanels...
